In these modern times, where nature is the inconvenience through the window, there is little wonder that mental health issues and a desire to seek fulfilment in nocuous ways, is on the rise. We have removed ourselves with such disconnect that we consequently fail to see all nature has to offer. We spend hours busily indulging in this quick fix manmade world, full of compulsive doom scrolling, disposable purchases and overwork. Our brains become foggy as we find ourselves subconsciously comparing our lives to others, we no longer know how to be our unique selves. But these behaviours are your conscious choice.

Seeking and advocating a simpler life where we reduce screen time, work less/spend less, look inwardly for fulfilment, read, craft, connect to nature, grow and cook our own food etc, can only be achieved by putting our phones away and becoming present.
